After placing the order, we called you that we cannot process the order due to unavailability of books and had initated the refund which took 2-3 days to process.However, you informed us that you still haven't recieved the refund. We then raised an issue with the payment gateway provider and got reply that refund had been procesed and they suggested the customer to check bank account statement. Same was informed to you and all screenshots were shared keeping full transparency. All the screenshots, ticket details from Razorpay (raised on 2nd June, 9th June and 12th June) were shared on your WhatsApp number. Again on 22nd June, shared excel report of all refunds and it clearly states the money had been refunded to the source bank account. It is a kind request to check with your bank why the money has not been credited. (also sharing the ARN/RRN: 491785273860 refund reference number for the record)
