1. Damaged Item or Incorrect Delivery: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product if it arrives damaged or if an incorrect item is delivered. Provide an unboxing video of the parcel (360 degree view) without interruptions via Email or WhatsApp to initiate a claim.
2. Book Condition: Kindly review the condition details provided before adding items to your cart, as we offer both new and preloved books.
Return Process
If your return meets the above criteria, please follow these steps:
1. Packaging: Securely pack the items in a similar packaging as received.
2. Shipping: Arrange for the return shipment to our address. The courier costs will be reimbursed to you upon receipt.
3. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in the original condition.
Refunds and Replacements
- Refunds: Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Replacements: If a replacement item is available, it will be sent to you at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation Policy
